Golden Line Caspian Company was established in 2015 by signing a long-term (49-year) BOT contract with the Anzali Free Zone Organization, with an investment of over 88 million dollars, to develop infrastructure, facilities, and port installations at the Caspian Port Complex. Benefiting from modern facilities and equipment—including storage tanks, open and covered warehouses, and grain silos—the company has been able to play a leading role in inventory management and storage at the highest quality standards, and, as a modern port, provides high-quality maritime and port services to its customers.
By investing in the construction of a dock and its corresponding hinterland on a 28-hectare land within the Caspian Port Complex, this company is recognized as the largest investor and terminal operator in the Anzali Free Zone. It has also played a significant role in regional entrepreneurship, by creating more than 400 direct and more than 400 indirect jobs.

Introduction of Docks and Hinterland
Docks
Golden Line Caspian Company, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technical expertise and with a special focus on the development of port infrastructure, has established modern and standardized docks at the Caspian Port Complex.
These docks, with a capacity of 125,000 tons and a depth of 9 meters, have been designed and constructed to accommodate various types of ships and vessels. The complex, featuring five service and commercial docks, is ready to provide services to its operators and customers. These include a carrier dock, a commercial dock, a passenger dock, and docks for loading and unloading goods.


Warehouses and Storage Tanks
Taking advantage of the unique features of the Golden Line Caspian Port Complex, alongside providing various services to different types of ships and vessels, the company has established open and covered warehouses as well as grain silos, each equipped with their own specialized facilities.
Grain Silos
The grain silos at the Golden Line Caspian Complex are designed and constructed in various capacities, up to more than 7,000 tons, for the storage of grains. With advanced conveyor systems and loading/unloading equipment, this complex is fully capable of meeting a wide range of needs in grain storage and handling in the best possible manner.
